Immediate Carrier Connection Issues
Immediate Carrier Connection Issues
· Progressive - Users will not see their Motorcycle or ATV policies pull through.

· Encompass - If users aren't seeing their policies pull into GloveBox after connecting, please remove and try again. This is an intermittent issue.

· Nationwide - Renters policies now pull into GloveBox. We are working to finish the API integration so Umbrella, Motorcycle, and Dwelling Fire policies also pull in. Umbrella policies currently connect but documents to not pull in yet.

· Safeco - Not pulling in ATV policies.

Auto Owners - Policies won't display inside GloveBox until you link them to your Auto Owners account inside the portal. To do this follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Auto Owners portal
2. Click "my profile"
3. Click "add/remove policies".
4. Once linked, go back to GloveBox and refresh your login credentials with Auto Owners.

Travelers - New policies won't display inside GloveBox until you link them to your Travelers account. To do this follow these steps:
1. Login to the Travelers portal
2. Select "link another policy" (displayed in image below)
3. Once linked, go back to GloveBox and click the refresh button to establish the updated policy connection.

Safeco - Policies won't display inside GloveBox until you link them to your Safeco account inside the carrier portal. To do this follow these steps:

2. Click the "Policies" tab"
3. Click "Link policy"
4. Once linked, go back to GloveBox and click the "refresh" button.
